Folsom Recap

I have to say that my time this year at The Folsom Street Fair was one of the most fun times I've had doing a porn event since I started . . . he he . . . okay, so I realize I say that about every event I do, but I'm serious! Folsom this year was a total blast.

It started on Friday when I filmed my scene with Antonio Biaggi. The scene is going to be over the top hot, I'm sure, and can't wait for you guys to see it. The theme of the movie is what goes on behind closed doors at Raging Stallion, so it's really just us being us . . . fucking, sucking, and whatever else we feel like doing :-)

Friday night I got the chance to hang out with Colton Steele and Geoffrey Paine at my hotel, and then on Saturday morning I shot my stills for this movie (including the cover) with Geoff Teague. I've never worked with Geoff before and was really excited to get the chance to do so, and the stills turned out amazing!

Saturday night I met up with my long time pre porn buddy Jake Dakota and went out to dinner, and then we made our way over to the Raging Stallion Man of The Year Party which was amazing. Check out the photo above of Jake, myself and Ray Daniels, who I always seem to run into at these events. He's an awesome guy too. Congrats are in big time order for Ricky Sinz for getting Man of The Year.

Sunday was the fair, and I got the chance to meet and hang out with a long time crush of mine, Dirk Jager *swoon* and the trip ended with some hang out time with my room mate for the trip, Jay Black. Overall, I'd say I had an aboslute blast!

Colton Steele

There's another furry young dude jumping into the porn industry!

Colton Steele and I met while we were out in San Francisco for the Folsom Street Fair. He has a big part in the upcoming Mustang film, "Blue Movie" . . . he was part of the scene that made porn news for being raided! The kid's already in the center of a bunch of controversy . . . I like him! :-)

Anyways, Colton is a great guy and I can see big things happening for him pretty soon . . .

Behind The Scenes of To The Last Man

The 5th Floor Box Art

Well, hello there box cover :-)



I finally got my very first box cover! I am absolutely ecstatic. And to top it off, The 5th Floor will be released just three days before my birthday, on October 10th, 2008! Maybe it was all supposed to work out like this . . . I'd get my first box cover just in time for my birthday :-)

You guys have all been waiting for this scene, so I'm glad I can finally give some concrete information about it. I've heard that the scene is absolutely stellar, so I can't wait to hear what you boys think.

This is the first time anyone has seen the box art for The 5th Floor, and as soon as it becomes available for pre order you know where you can find it! Right here on the blog :-)

Chat Box

Hey boys :-)

Wasn't sure if a lot of you guys were aware of the newest feature I've added here on the blog, the Chat Box. Some of you guys have been using it and I'm so glad it's catching on :-) I just wanted to basically make sure you all knew what it is and that it's there :-)


The Chat Box is basically just an IM feature that is a little easier than leaving comments directly on the posts, and is quicker for me to comment back. The posts show up in real time so as soon as you leave a comment, I'll be able to see it and respond. So far, it's been going really well and the guys who have been using it seem to really like it.

Anyways, getting ready to leave for Folsom here in a few! Can't wait . . . I'll be taking a ton of pics so get ready for a change of pace . . . I'm done with the softer side for a while! :-)

Randy Blue obviously has a farm where he just grows hot guys. There is no other explanation for all these hot boys! I wonder what I can do to get him to move that farm to Detroit :-)

I continue to be amazed by RJ Danvers.

Yes, we've all read that he's the youngest exclusive in Raging Stallion Studios' history and that he embraces his full fledged hairy body.

What impresses me most about RJ is how professional and real he is with his fans and everyone that he's around.

The calendar might reveal that RJ is a young pup but he's wise far beyond his years and is truly one of those people who goes out of his way to stay connected with the people who matter most.

I remember when I first saw him and he began writing that he always wanted RJ to reflect the same person that he is via his personal life.

Alot of performers make a clear distinction between their porn persona and their true self, and I do understand those reasons, but RJ really is who he is, inside and out.

I swear if he doesn't walk away with some industry award come next season something is very wrong.

He's one of the people in the biz who give me immense utter joy in doing what it is that I do.

RJ never phones it in. He wants to feel every inch and every nuance available to him as a performer and that's probably why the fans love him so much.

You can tell that he spends a great deal of time focusing on developing a connection with his audience and that dedication to his work is reflected back during performances.

Life After Porn

Hey boys :-)

I hope everyone has been having a really great week . . . life has been pretty hectic for me as of late. Summer came to a screeching halt (car crash, anyone?) and school started up pretty much full force right off the bat. That's kind of why most of the entries on the blog lately have been photo updates and things like that. Classes are kicking my ass!

When I transferred from my school out in West Michigan, I also decided to switch majors too. Instead of what I had originally intended my major to be, Psychology with a Sociology minor, I switched to going for a Business degree with a Marketing focus. From studying thoughts and feelings to crunching numbers. Eek. It also didn't help that my new school didn't recognize a handful of classes from my old school, so I lost nearly a semester and a half worth of credits. Damn.

What I'm getting at though is that bottom line, there is life after porn and I gotta get smart to make it work!

I'm taking four really tough classes this semester: Critical Thinking For The Consumer, Oral Communications (should breeze through this, right? hehe), Computer Science and Micro Economics.

I'm wondering if any of you guys out there have gotten Business or Marketing degrees. Are you glad you did it? I chose Marketing because I wanted to do something creative and know that every day was going to be different than the one before it. And Brian Kinney made it look like a hell of a lot of fun in Queer As Folk :-)

Changing pace a bit to something far more fun and naked (hehe), my buddy Grant took some neat photos of me in his bathroom this past weekend, and I thought you guys might enjoy them. I'll have more soon, so consider these just a teaser :-) Have a good one, boys.

RJ's Comic Pick Of The Week : Old Man Logan

Hey boys :-)

So, I know I haven't been very faithful about doing any of my comic book pics of the week, and after seeing JDan's comment over in the ChatBox, I realized I guess I have been slacking on the posts that initially got this blog noticed in the first place . . . the posts that have to do with getting to know me better!

Well, one thing that has been central to my life for as long as I can remember is Marvel Comics, and the newest storyline they are publishing over in the Wolverine line is especially awesome right now.


Old Man Logan is about a super hero holocaust, with only a few survivors. It's set way forward, some fifty years in the future. Wolverine, who was once an aggressive (and damn sexy) killing machine, is now a pacifist, who (still sexy with gray hair) is slowly but surely going to end up changing his ways by the end of the story.

It's been amazing so far. The art, the writing style and story line . . . it's really amazing. I always love alternate reality story lines, like that one episode in Heroes Season 1 where Nathan becomes president, or the House of M storyline in Marvel a few years go.

Anyways, it's pretty much a stand alone story that anyone can enjoy, and it started in Wolverine #66 and will run for eight issues. Go pick it up if you're interested, and if you have already started reading it, I'd love to hear what you think! Were those the real Punisher and Daredevil in that Colloseum!?

Happy to report the following information . . .


I just tested HIV-.

I make it part of my routine to get tested often. Although it's recommended to be tested every six months, I choose to be tested every three.

I get scared when I read the statistics about rising HIV infection rates among young people. I for one want to live a long, happy, healthy life and don't want to have it cut short by a preventable disease. Here is a brief, private story . . . My Uncle Pat, also my godfather, passed away from the disease a few years ago . . . he's someone I wish was still around. I remember knowing I was gay, and knowing he was as well, and wanting so bad to tell him but could never get the balls to do it . . . and he passed away before I got the chance to come out to him. It's one of the biggest regrets I have, not getting to know my Uncle Pat . . .

Cedar Point 2008

Yesterday I got the chance to head to Sandusky, OH, to Cedar Point for the first time since I was in high school . . . yeah yeah yeah, so that wasn't TOO long ago . . . but a lot has changed since then!

She Did It!

United 93 Memorial

Hey boys :-)

Well, like I said in my last post, when I was in PA during my family reunion I got the chance to do something many people in this country haven't done . . . I got to go to the memorial for the United 93 crash from September 11th.

I learned a lot, and I know this doesn't really have a lot to do with porn or RJ Danvers, but I figured it would be kind of neat to share the photos that I took while I was at the memorial, for people who haven't gotten a chance to see what it looks like or live too far away to actually go themselves. Wikipedia has a really neat article about United 93 which you can check out here.

I remember being in middle school, seventh grade, when it happened and I remember my dad running into the lunch room like a basket case and pulling me out of school . . . and I remember being one of the only kids in school that did get taken out . . . crazy how you remember stuff like that . . .

But anyways, check out the photos below. If you do ever get a chance to visit the memorial, I'd say do it . . . I learned a lot and, like I said, it was a really moving experience.

Family Reunion Lake Photos

Hey boys :-)

If you guys are keeping up on my blog, you'd know that I just recently got back from my first family reunion in Somerset, PA. It wasn't necessarily the way I had planned on spending my last weekend of my summer vacation before school started, but in retrospect . . . it was exactly the relaxation, cool down I needed before what will probably be one of the most important years of my college career.

While I was there in PA, I got the chance to reconnect with a lot of family members who I haven't seen since I was probably around five or six . . . quite a bit has changed since then :-) Another thing that we got to do that I'll never forget was our visit to the United 93 memorial. 93 crashed just a few miles away from where most of my family lives in PA, so checking out the memorial was a really moving experience. I took a handful of photos of that, which I'll be posting tomorrow.

I snapped some photos while we were out on the speedboat as well. Nothing special, but check em out below :-)

Folsom Street Fair

Hey guys!


Well I have some really cool news to share.

I originally thought that I was not going to be able to come to San Francisco for this years Folsom Street Fair, but things have (thankfully) changed! I will be working the booth with Gloss Magazine, and checking out all the hot leather daddies parading around naked in the streets :-) Hopefully I'll get to take one home! Ha ha. I can't wait!

I'm also going to be filming a scene while I'm out in SF, and for all you guys out there who have been begging to see me do a scene with Raging Stallion's resident monster cock, you're finally going to have your wish come true. My next scene partner is Antonio Biaggi.


I'm really looking forward to doing the scene with Antonio. We had a rough patch when we first met eachother back in July, but since then we've gotten past all that and have actually become friends. And you all know how much I love a challenge! I've seen that dick in real life, and it's not a joke! Hopefully Antonio doesn't go easy on me ;-) I want to feel each and every one of those 11 inches!

A few months back when I was filming Hotter Than Hell in San Francisco, I first got the chance to meet Geoffrey Paine (check out his blog right here). He flew in from LA to hang out with me for the day and he ended up becoming a good friend of mine.

Blog Facelift

Hey guys!

So, as I'm sure you noticed, there are a few things different here on my blog today!

I realized that my blog had been stagnant as far as it's look and feel for the past few months . . . I had used the same white, blue and silver tones for the blog for as long as I could remember. Well, it was time for a change.

I asked my "porn big bro" Steve Cruz to help me out and create a new header image for my blog, and he was kind enough to do so really quickly! And I absolutely love it. I think it fits perfect and I don't think Steve could have done a better job. So here is my big thanks! I owe ya! :-)


Also, if you guys don't do so already, make sure you are reading Steve's Blog as often as you can. It's one of the few porn blogs I check on a regular basis and like I said a million times before, I modeled this blog heavilly on what Steve did with his :-)

Another thing that I have added to the blog is the RJ Tube feature on the right hand side of the page, which shows some of my YouTube clips you guys might get a kick out of . . . I tried to add my X Tube videos to the RJ Tube but wasn't satisfied with the way it was turning out so for now those four videos will have to do!

Tommy Defendi . . .

Okay, hold on . . . let me pick my tongue up off the floor.

When I met Tommy at IML 2008 last year, I was totally floored. Tommy is smoking hot and one of the nicest guys I've had the pleasure of meeting in this industry. We danced together at Chi Chi LaRue's Skin Trade party and hung out all night, progressively getting drunker and drunker.
